Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will be charged 20% of the total service cost, unless otherwise discussed and approved.
Weddings and large bookings require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. This retainer will be applied toward your total balance and is non-refundable unless otherwise discussed and approved.
